Update on Dottie Coffman Show and event for Sunday

This Sunday the 29th I will be speaking at Peachtree Road United Methodist church to the New Beginnings Sunday school class.

I am honored to have a platform to talk about the amazing God we have who is waiting to forgive, heal, restore, and give second chances.  There are many hurting and broken people who need hope!

Yesterday at Northside United Methodist Church

What a blessing to have had the opportunity to speak yesterday at the event held at Northside UMC.  There were over 250 people there. I woke up with a big smile on my face and thanked God that I was not afraid to be transparent about my life and the 2nd chance I was given to have a wonderful husband and an amazing daughter and son. GOD IS GOOD!

Death of Denver Moore

I'm sure many of you already know that Denver Moore, co-author of "Same Kind of Different As Me",  died in his sleep early Sunday morning.  What an amazing difference he made since Deborah died November 3, 2000!  He and Ron carried the torch for "Miss Debbie" and kept her dream for "God's People" alive all of these years.  What a gift he was to those who met him and heard him speak. He will be missed but the angels in heaven are rejoicing!  There has not been a decision made about his service.  What an honor to have known him!

Event at Northside UMC on April 17th

I am speaking at Northside UMC with men from Trinity Community Ministries who are recovering from homelessness and addiction.  The "Heartbeats" will be singing and I have been asked to share my book, Our Southern Breeze, a story of forgiveness, healing, and restoration.

Book signing last Sunday

Sunday afternoon Michael and Linda Friedman hosted at their beautiful home a book signing for Our Southern Breeze. It was great getting to meet so many of their wonderful friends and share my story of forgiveness and restoration.
